How do I know which service is for me?

What exactly is VA & OBM Support?

It's having someone in your corner who actually knows your business. We handle the day-to-day things like inbox, scheduling, content, admin, customer communication. We also zoom out and look at the bigger picture - your products, systems, your workflows, your team and how everything fits together. Most of our clients need a bit of both, which is exactly why we offer it that way.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We never want cost to be the reason you can't show up online the way you deserve to. We offer split payments on all our packages, typically 50% upfront and 50% on completion. Get in touch and we'll figure out what works for you.


How does the retainer work?

We start with a discovery call to understand your business and what you need. From there we put together a custom scope, you approve it, we get started. It's reviewed monthly so it can grow and change as your business does.

Am I locked into a contract?

We work on a monthly basis with a minimum initial commitment of three months. This gives us enough time to properly learn your business and deliver real results.

What website platform do you build on?

We primarily build on Showit, which gives you full creative control and is incredibly easy to update yourself once we hand it over. That said, we're happy to work on other platforms too like Kajabi, Squarespace, Wix and more. Just reach out and we'll put together a custom quote based on what you need.

What can I use a VIP Day for?

Anything that can be scoped and completed in a day. Popular ones include landing pages, email sequences, social media content batches, systems and workflow setups, podcast editing, website sections and content repurposing.
